A specialty is a named field — Family Medicine, Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy — that each fee schedule is filed under. A location is each billing NPI you build for: use your practice’s group (organization) NPI where you bill under one, and adding payers to the same NPI never uses another location. Every rate we show comes from the payer’s own federally-required file — we never invent a benchmark or a number.

It can pay for itself with one code. For example, if a payer allows $8 less than your contracted rate for a 99214 and you see 15 of those visits a month, that’s $120 a month, more than the Practice plan. Your numbers will differ; the underpayment check shows you yours.
