Fee schedule

Every payer’s rate for every code you bill, in one sheet.

CPT codes down the side, one column per payer, the negotiated dollar in each cell. No data entry, no guessing.

Build your fee schedulePricing
  1. 01

Your NPI, your codes, your payers

Enter your billing NPI, paste the CPT codes you bill, and pick the payers you contract with — 56 to choose from, every Blue plan plus Aetna and Cigna.

  2. 02

Columns fill in as each payer is read

Save, and the sheet appears immediately. Each payer’s column fills as its file is read — fast payers in seconds, the largest in a minute or two — and you can keep working while it does; progress follows you across the app.

  3. 03

Expand any rate to see what’s behind it

Open a row and under each payer’s figure you see how it’s priced (negotiated, fee schedule, derived), the network it’s under, the office setting, the “as of” month and a link to the source file. A cell reads “not in this payer’s file” when you aren’t contracted there — never a made-up number.

  4. 04

    Refresh, pin, fit, export

Refresh a schedule any time and see the change against the last pull. Pin the one you use most, fit the columns to your screen, download it as a CSV for your biller.

Honest limits

What it shows, and what it doesn’t.

It shows

  • The professional, in-office rate each payer published for your NPI
  • Which network the rate belongs to — an HMO and a PPO product can differ
  • Rates marked “derived” in the file, clearly flagged as estimates
  • Exactly which payers don’t list you at all

It doesn’t

  • Invent a national benchmark or a “market rate”
  • Cover Medicare or Medicaid schedules — those are public elsewhere
  • Show facility or institutional rates
  • Read payers we haven’t verified end to end — see coverage
