Monitoring
Know the month a payer moves your rate.
Payers republish monthly, and a rate can change without a letter. Every refresh shows you which ones moved, by how much, and when.
- 01
Every refresh is a snapshot
Refreshing a fee schedule re-reads each payer’s current file and stores the result alongside the last one. The value on your sheet updates in place, with the difference shown next to it — (+$2.50) or (−$1.20) — the moment it lands.
- 02
Changes collect in one place
The Monitoring view lists every rate that moved across all your fee schedules — code, payer, was → now, the change, and the date — newest first. Nothing moved? It says so, rather than manufacturing activity.
- 03
Walk into renewal with the history
Each rate keeps its full history behind it. When the renewal letter says “rates unchanged,” you can see whether that’s true — and for how long.
Honest limits
Batches, on purpose.
Changes appear as your snapshots accrue — a brand-new fee schedule has one, so its first comparison arrives with its first refresh. This is not continuous claim monitoring, and we don’t pretend it is; it’s a reliable record of what each payer published for you, month over month.
