# RateBench — For billing companies

> For medical billing and RCM companies: each client practice gets its own fee schedule from the payers’ published files, underpayment checks and rate-change alerts. No published partner prices; tell us about your book.

## What each client practice gets
- A fee schedule: a row per code, a column per payer, refreshed monthly, with the source behind every number
- Underpayment checks: upload the practice's allowed amounts totalled by code (no patient data); see codes paid below the published rate, worst dollar gap first
- Rate-change alerts: each monthly refresh is compared with the last; a changed rate shows was → now

## How it works
1. Tell us about your book: how many practices and billing NPIs, and which payers matter most.
2. Each client practice gets its own RateBench account and fee schedule, built from each payer's published file.
3. Your team works the underpayment list and takes the evidence back to the payer.

## Access
Each practice has its own account, members and plan, and sees only its own data. A login belongs to one practice; there is no single view across clients.

## Payers
66 payers are live: the local Blue plan in 49 states and DC, plus UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Ambetter, Oscar and Medicare.

## Pricing
Set per partner, by how many practices you bring and how you want to work. No prices are published.

## Contact
The form at https://ratebench.health/partners#talk. No patient data needed.
